Pumps & Filters require all orders to be paid before the products are delivered.
There are three payment methods available:
1. Bank Deposit
This is the preferred payment method as it is fast, does not incur significant processing costs and the transaction can be conducted through your banks secure systems.

Please allow overnight clearance of internet payment if made by another bank.
2. Cash on pickup
You can pay by cash in person if you are picking the goods up.
3. EFTPOS and Credit Card
We have an EFTPOS machine available at our store to process payments if you are picking up directly.
We use Windcave to process credit card payments over the phone.
Our website uses Windcave to process online credit card transactions. After selecting to pay by Credit Card you will be directed to the secure Windcave site to complete the payment transaction online. We will be advised once you have made the online payment. Your credit card details will not be handled by our site.
Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted by Windcave .
We will only ship orders to a physical addresses within New Zealand, using NZ Couriers or Toll, expected delivery timeframes should take between 3-5 working days for metro and an additional 1-2 days for rural deliveries.
Orders under 25 Kg will be shipped via a courier service. Orders over 25Kg will be shipped via a trucking company.
Shipping costs will be charged by total weight of the order as follows:
Goods purchased over the total value of $500 and under 25kg will be freight free, all other is as follows:
Under 2 Kg = $9.5
Over 2 Kg and under 25 Kg = $25
Over 25 Kg = Shipping to be quoted and confirmed.
*all shipping includes GST.
We will endeavour to dispatch the products on the next available courier after we have received the payment (during our open hours) .
If the product ordered is not currently in stock we will advise you at the earliest opportunity via phone or email.
Prices and GST
All prices displayed are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). All prices INCLUDE GST. You will only be charged in New Zealand Dollars.
RETURN OF PRODUCTS / REFUNDS
You may return new and unused items sold by Pumps & Filters within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise it is up to you to ship it to us.
If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the shipping expense. Also if you return the large portion or an entire order, and we paid the shipping, we may deduct costs from your refund.
Product NOT acceptable for return:
Goods that have been invoiced from more than 14 days.
Goods that are dirty, damaged or not in original packaging which are unsuitable for resale.
WARRANTY
Goods attract a warranty period specified by the manufacturer and will vary from product to product. At a minimum we meet our requirements under the Consumer Guarantees Act. Warranty covers only defect as a result of manufacturing defect or faulty parts. We are not obliged to replace products if they can be repaired. In accordance with consumer laws, replacement product will only carry warranty for the duration of the warranty period of the original product purchased. Warranty does not cover any labour costs. Abuse or neglect of a product, or product being used outside of its intended use or application will void any warranty. We reserve the right to obtain any information in order to determine cause of failure. Failure of a product within the warranty period does not automatically constitute or guarantee warranty.
Pumps & Filters will not be liable for any situation which may arise as a result of force majeure. Not with standing anything indicated in these terms and conditions or provided for under any applicable Law, Pumps & Filters will not be liable either in contract or in tort for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special or punitive damages, including business interruption, loss of future revenue, profits or income, diminution in value or loss of business reputation or opportunity relating to breach or alleged breach hereof or otherwise.
